The hotel team is friendly, multilingual, and provides excellent service. Laundry and cleaning were top-notch, and I could even use their printer. The location is terrific, with shops and cafes nearby, as well as easy access to the port for city exploration.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and spoke multiple languages fluently. They helped me with printing documents and the laundry was top-notch. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect with easy access to multiple modes of public transportation, including the ferry station. It was also surrounded by a variety of shops and cafes within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff.

Great location, very central and close to public transportation. The hotel is surrounded by shops and cafes, making it convenient to get anything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful, speaking multiple languages. Rooms are clean and affordable. The top-notch service, laundry, and room cleaning are impressive, the staff even went out of their way to help me print important documents. Close to the port, where you can enjoy a scenic walk or take a boat to other parts of the city.
Some mornings were difficult to get a proper sleep due to building renovations, which seemed temporary and only lasted a few days. However, this may not be an issue for future guests. Not a place for a long stay, but it's perfect for a short stay in Istanbul.

The hotel is located in a prime spot which makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. You can find numerous public transportation options right outside the hotel. the staff is friendly and multilingual, which made communication a breeze. the rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and provide all essential amenities. the cleaning service is impeccable, taking care of laundry and every other minor detail.
One minor downside was the noise in the morning due to nearby construction, which can disrupt your sleep, but it seems to be a temporary condition that may not affect future visitors.
